Koch Zweirad Vertrieb is one of the major importer/ distributor of PTW ( Powered Two Wheels) in Germany, dealing with more than 1000 dealers and distributing a portfolio of various A-branded motorcycles, scooters, quads, mopeds and accessories.
Either supply or distribution is carried out in major European countries.
For Koch Zweirad Vertrieb, we are looking for a Part - Time or Full-Time Product Scout and Quality Control Assistant in Taiwan.
Job description
Your job is divided in two aspects:
- The allocation, introduction and follow-up of new suppliers/ products in the scooter, motorcycle and ATV/ Quad business.
- The Quality Control of current and future suppliers in Taiwan.
Tasks of your daily work include:
- Pre-shipment and quality inspection of vehicles in order to approve compliance with the ordered specifications and quality.
- Participation in monthly inspection and engineering meetings in order to maintain and improve the product quality at the suppliers' factories.
- Serving as an interface between our German After Sales Department and the suppliers
- Ensuring an efficient and positive relationship with the supplier and/or local authorities on behalf of us.
- R&D support work, if necessary.
Profile
* You attended a technical and or economic study (College/ University preferred )
* Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, scooter or atv business is an asset.
* You can easy handle Microsoft office products, such as Word/ Excel.
* You are dynamic, result oriented and you can work independently.
* You are a convincing and eloquent negotiator with clients.
* You are not afraid to work in a multicultural environment, nor to visit Europe on a regular basis.
* You are open-minded for new contacts and capable to develop and maintain a business network
* You're living or willing to move to the region of Taichong, GaoXiong, and Chiayi.
* You can speak/ write Taiwanese excellent/ as mother tongue.
* You have advanced knowledge of English and technical vocabulary.
* You are already mastering or are willing to learn all necessary technical notions of automotive, motorcycle, scooter or atv business.

We are looking for ESL instructors to teach our Beginner's class (7th graders).
The Instructors will provide the following duties:
* Teach the Beginner's class with our U.S curriculum (Intro. to Math, Intro. to Science, Reading, Phonics, Grammar, Speaking etc.)
